For £50+VAT Club-Sites provides you with an easy to use system that allows you to update pages on line. The system is multi-user so the workload can be shared. Individual members can be set to read only, edit or full administrative rights. Text can be edited, and images, hyperlinks, graphics and maps can be added. New pages can be added as required, at no extra charge (up tp 150 pages).
The calendar of events is self updating and there is a simple form to add new events.
The event organiser can be used to help with the administration of rotas or attendance lists for a particular event such as Christmas charity collections, on-going projects or an entertainment event. Members log in and volunteer for a task or sign up to attend a social occasion. Tasks can be swapped easily if required and everyone has access to the very latest plan at any time.
A contact us form is included, directing enquiries to a chosen email address.
An email system is included with up to 100 email addresses based on the club domain name, giving members a personalised email address at the club. Comprehensive virus and spam checking is included.
The on line tutorial provides full instuctions, there is no need to learn HTML, the system works just like a simple word processor, help is also available by email and telephone.
